See How We're Different
This may be your first time hearing about an assessment or maybe your child has already had an assessment. We want to share with you how your experience with us might be different than what you were expecting or than what you experienced before.
We Use Language that's Easy to Understand
We ditched the fancy doctor talk (and even go by first names!). We still have our degrees on the wall but we don't need to prove we're smart by using language and terms that most people don't understand.
You'll leave our meetings understanding the results and how it helps to explain your child's strengths and struggles.
Fast Turnaround Time for Feedback
When it feels like you're drowning, asking you to wait months or years for an assessment or feedback seems ridiculous to us. We use a 3-week system where you will have a full report in your hands one week after the assessment meeting.

We also schedule assessments within the month of your initial call.
We're on your child's team
Your child's needs drive our services. Often families are working with several people who all have different agendas. Our agenda is the success of your child. Simple as that.

We get everyone on the same page so we are all working towards the goal of your child being successful.
We will meet you where You are
Are you new to this world of services, diagnoses, interventions...no problem!

We'll walk you through it so you can be mom and dad and not an expert in acronyms and programs. We talk you through the different ways we can wrap around with services that address your child's needs.
No money down or required upfront
We know goodness of fit is important for our collaboration. We want you to feel comfortable not obligated.

We're not here to judge how others do it, but some places require deposits to secure appointments or even to pay in full before ever meeting. We wouldn't pay for a fancy dinner before going to the restaurant first, so we would never expect you to pay for an assessment before we meet.
Our office is pretty cool
Making sure you and your child are comfortable for the assessment is a priority for us. We want our office to be a reflection of who we are and we take great pride in our space. We have a comfortable waiting room for parents with WiFi, new computers, sensory areas, clean bathrooms, and even a beverage and healthy snack station.

We even have a library wall where you can browse through books and resources.
